*unzip the file
*transfer the file inside the directory C:xampphtdocs
*inside the file patientrecord import the database file to phpmyadmin, create database first, patientrecord then import the patientrecord.sql inside the created database
* go to browser type localhost then select patientrecords

forgot password – use admin for username then secret answer is jomer
