2.0 Platform as service alows organisation to focus on deployment and management of organisational applications.The makes organisation more efficient since it does not need to procure, plan and maintain softwares.

3.0 Software as service, software as service provide you with complete product such as software that can run efficient and is managed by provider.As Saas the end-user does not need to think about how the software is managed or how to design the software what is important is user needs are met and the software runs efficiently.
