Doctor Appointment System with Source Code is a PHP project that can request a booking for a doctor's appointment. This program was created using these languages: PHP, HTML, MySQLi and Javascript.

It is a full featured multi-doctor appointment system made with Codeigniter PHP framework. This appointment system is very easy to use by patients. Patients can create free accounts here and can create appointments with their favorite doctors. Admin can create doctors, appointment schedules, time schedules etc.

The system is basically easy to use, the patient need to register an account first to be able to set an appointment. The patient has to fill up some needed information and select a doctor that suit their needs in order to process a request.

The admin manages all the management by monitoring the daily transaction, assigning doctor, and tracking the records of patient.

Installation:

  • Extract the zip file inside the htdocs folder.
  • Open phpMyAdmin and create a database called “projectmms”.
  • Import the file named “projectmms.sql” inside the “db” folder.
  • Open a browser and enter http://localhost/DoctorAppointmentSystem/
