Daily operations carried out in churches include organizing events, the management of membership database, church program management, generation of reports and keeping track of the congregation.
Advantages of a church management system.

The church management system is available at all time and can be accessed through the developed system which is either website or mobile phone application even at times when the church office is closed.
- Enhances accountability.
The system keeps records of activities such as the donations and contributions and it also ensures that other resources are utilized properly.
- Consists of a Centralized database
All records of activities that are conducted in the church are stored in a single database and can therefore be retrieved for reference purposes.
- Minimizes exposure to fraud.
The church management system is accountable enough to ensure that all the activities or transactions that are conducted are tracked. Data stored in the system is also secure and can only be accessed by authorized personnel.
- Improved means of communication.
Email addresses may be essential during creation of accounts by members and as a result when a message needs to be sent to the members, the automated emails will ensure that communication is effective.
- Generates reports.
Reports of the activities that are conducted by the various church departments are prepared and produced by the church management system.
