Stock Management System in PHP-OOP with Source Code

Stock Management System is php based web application that help you to manage your stock. New version v2.0 come with miltiple check-in/check-out items, Import by csv, Barcode/Label printing, Categories, Backups and Single click update features. Manage your stock, check-ins and check-out from anywhere, Office, Home, Warehouse or on the go. You even can install it with localhost to use without offline without internet.

About the Stock Management System

I developed this project using the following:

• XAMPP v3.3.0 as my local webserver that has a PHP Version 8.0.7
• PHP Language
• MySQL Database
• HTML
• CSS
• JavaScript
• jQuery
• Ajax
• Bootstrap
• AdminLTE
• and some other plugins/libraries.

This Stock Management System can be only accessed by 2 types of users which are the System Admins and Staff. The Admin User can access and manage all the pages, forms, and features do the web application does while the Staff Users have limited access only.

Adapt inventory system is the feature rich solution for businesses, which offers easy to use admin management, invoice management, suppliers management, products cataloging, categories management, warehouse management, expenses management, loans management, staff management, customer management, extensive reports management and system configuration.
While developing this system we have catered all the details according to the business needs and requirements; such as dead stock management, expired products management, credit and paid customer management, paid/unpaid invoices and expense invoices as well as reports, sales reports profit/loss reports and expense reports, dashboard with interactive sales graphs
Adapt inventory system is designed and developed on latest tools and technologies such as Php 7, jQuery, Json, bootstrap and ensure 100% quality and security. We have used interactive solutions for frontend to provide best user experience.

How to Run ??

Requirements

• Download and Install any local web server such as XAMPP/WAMP.
• Download the provided source code zip file. (download button is located below)

Installation/Setup

1. Open your XAMPP/WAMP's Control Panel and start Apache and MySQL.
2. Extract the downloaded source code zip file.
3. If you are using XAMPP, copy the extracted source code folder and paste it into the XAMPP's "htdocs" directory. And If you are using WAMP, paste it into the "www" directory.
4. Browse the PHPMyAdmin in a browser. i.e. http://localhost/phpmyadmin
5. Create a new database naming sms_db.
6. Import the provided SQL file. The file is known as sms_db.sql located inside the database folder.
7. Browse the Stock Management System in a browser. i.e. http://localhost/sms/.

Default Admin Access Information

Username: admin
Password: admin123
